Exceptional Service and Beautiful Flowers! I can't say enough good things about my experience! Paul went above and beyond from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful on the phone, took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and made the entire ordering process so easy and pleasant. What really impressed me was the personal touch. Paul upgraded my order to 2-dozen gorgeous long stem red roses and is personally creating the arrangement himself! You don't get that kind of attention to detail everywhere. He also guaranteed delivery on Valentine's Day, which gave me complete peace of mind. The follow-up email was professional and confirmed everything we discussed. It's clear Paul takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. If you want stunning flowers with outstanding customer service, this is the place to go. Absolutely incredible flower shop. You can tell right away that this is a family-owned business that truly cares about quality and people. The arrangements are beautiful, thoughtfully put together, and last longer than anything you’ll find at a big chain. Beyond the flowers themselves, the service is what really stands out—warm, helpful, and passionate about what they do. Paul is an incredible florist who created the most beautiful bouquet and floral arrangements for my wedding. Everything was absolutely stunning and exceeded my expectations. Outstanding Floral Design by Paul at Valentine Florist I cannot say enough great things about Paul from Valentine Florist. The floral arrangements he created for my tablescape were absolutely stunning and truly elevated the entire space. Every detail was intentional, from the lush florals and beautiful color palette to the way the arrangements complemented the candles, linens, and place settings perfectly. Paul has an incredible eye for design and balance. The florals were elegant, full, and luxurious without feeling overwhelming. They photographed beautifully and made the tables feel warm, romantic, and upscale. Guests couldn’t stop complimenting them. Paul was very helpful receiving my orders for a memorial service that began as an after hour email with a surprised after hour reply. Phone call follow-up was very informative and helpful with an email confirmation and reminder of their delivery. The flower arrangements were each beautifully arranged, brimming with fresh flowers, each looking vibrant. The widow was very touched and extremely pleased. Lily Love, Hope, and Harmony were well worth their values.
